How safe are your products?

Here's what you should know about our safety measures:

1. Expert Approval: All our recipes have been approved by chemical experts.

2. Full Traceability: Every product comes with:

   • Batch number

   • Ingredient list and their certificate of analysis

   • Safety data sheets available on demand

   • Declaration on the European portal for cosmetics

3. We adhere to:

   • Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on Cosmetic Products

   • ISO 22716:2013 - Good Manufacturing Practice in Cosmetics

These standards ensure that our products meet the highest safety and quality requirements in the cosmetics industry.

Are your products biodegradable?

All our products or accessories are either biodegradable or fully recyclable

• Soaps, lip balms, sprays made with 100% natural ingredients

• Accessories/containers made out of aluminum, glass or wood

• Soap packaging: fully biodegradable as made out of paper or cotton

Packaging note: All our fillers are cellulose based (paper, carton...)

Is soap still natural if made with alkali?

All genuine soaps (solid or liquid) are made using alkali and there is no way around this key ingredient for natural soap making

• In the final product, the alkali is no longer present, it fully reacts with oils to create glycerin and soap molecules

• Our team is well-trained in handling alkali safely during production

The use of alkali doesn't compromise the natural status of the soap as long as the other ingredients are natural.

Are your products sustainable?

"Sustainability" has unfortunately the definition that companies adapt to their convenience (often a biased or limited global vision).

The owner is well trained and aware of the topic  in its globality (part of his full-time job in the fashion industry)

We believe in a broad definition of sustainability that goes beyond simply marketing claims. Here’s how we ensure sustainability in our products.

Our Commitment

• Mindful sourcing: oils, butters, water, natural dyes, clays, charcoal, and essential oils sourced from local European suppliers (primarily from Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK).

• Incorporating organic ingredients when available (refer to our ingredient list for details).

• Creating products that leave your skin feeling soft and nourished.

1. Use already made materials (applies to our shipping policy and remelted soaps for personal use).

4. Support locally produced items with minimal ingredients/components.

How should I store my soap ?

Water and soap can be a great combination during use but can lead to issues if left unattended. To keep your soap in optimal condition:

Use a Soap Dish: Choose one that drains well to keep your soap dry between uses.

​

If left in water, your soap will become soggy and unusable sooner than expected. A 100g soap lasts up to 4 weeks for daily showers and up to 8 weeks if used only for handwashing (considering you are alone to use it)

​

What is the minimum order amount?

No minimum order quantities is required. But here is a little tip: the more the soaps, the less the transportation costs per soap ;)

Shipping costs are :

- 4,95€ within Germany (free shipping from 55€)

- 12,99€ for most Europeans countries (free shipping from 75€)

To which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship only within the EU zone (excluding the UK and Switzerland). Due to strict regulations on cosmetics and our limited production capacity, expanding shipping areas would be cost-prohibitive. However, we offer delivery by hand in Berlin—just send us a message here.

Do you accept returns?

We take great care in crafting our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. You can return your complete or partial order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products have not been used or damaged. Please consult our return policies for more information.
